I decided it was time to get a new parka After a few texts back and forth, I ordered an Aurora for my wife and a Nunavut Extreme for myself. They arrived quickly ,only to find that my wife needed a larger size. Sent one back and provided a tracking number, they shipped the replacement jacket before they received my return Everything was handled quickly and painlessly Jackets look to be of excellent quality and construction Overall, an excellent shopping experience

Been wearing this parka for nearly a month and it's fantastic. The workmanship is top notch, and of course it's cozy and warm. Only hiccup for me was the sizing, so I have to recommend considering sizing down, at least for this specific parka. I'm 5'10" about 180 pounds, and I fit a measured 38R at the chest at the tailor. Based on the size chart I ordered a Medium which states is 37-39 inches in the chest. When the Medium arrived it was far too big, sloping a bit off my shoulders and a large air gap when tugged forward even with my bulkiest sweater. However, I reached out to Arctic Bay and arranged to exchange for a Small, has been *perfect.* Customer service was also genuinely kind throughout, and also made an exception to allow for an extra week on my return of the Medium as I was in the middle of moving. Again, other than the sizing hiccup (which is always a risk with trying a brand for the first time online), no issues. I recommend Arctic Bay to anybody who is interested.

Just received the Inuvik. I’m planning to buy another bigger parka. Quality is definitely better than most if not all larger companies. If you are looking for a brand named jacket; I can assure you they are the next up and coming. I anticipate their quality to be good until they hit a certain size like the other Canada goose etc companies before them. Hopefully they keep the same quality when that time comes. But for now, take advantage of this brand and be a early adopter. Get the jacket, you won’t be disappointed.

I previously owned an Arctic Bay jacket many years ago and was very impressed with the quality. I then ordered a new jacket due to the holiday sales and was a little confused about the differences between my previous jacket and my new one. The Arctic Bay team (especially Daniel) was very helpful in explaining the new changes in their showroom, whether it be the lining colour changes, lining and fabric feel and also the differences in weight, as down jackets are trending towards the lighter side these days. I was able to compare these against other competitor jackets in their showroom and see how the latest products are trending towards. I could then see what they were going for and how the design decisions are actually in line, if not better than the competition. With my new Alaska jacket, the fur trim that I received wasn't as full compared to my previous jacket, but the Arctic Bay team was very accommodating in making sure that I had a better fur trim and also let me try out and other colours and sizes to get the jacket that I wanted. Overall, they were great to work with and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my order. Will definitely order more from Arctic Bay if I do decide on another jacket style in the future.

I am very impressed with the service Arctic Bay provided me. I was looking to upgrade my Canada Goose Constable jacket. I wasn’t sure if I was a medium or large. I’m 5’10” with an athletic build. When I contacted customer service and left a message, that evening I received a phone call from Arctic Bay. I explained my predicament with sizing. They sent both sizes for me to try on. I was leaning towards getting the medium but the large was a better fit for my arms. I appreciate the excellent customer service. My Labrador jacket is perfect. More down filling than my old jacket and softer materials used in this jacket. Thank you for quick shipping.

Ordered two jackets: 1. Alaska Parka was OK - good materials and finish; though it was not as insulated as I hoped (and as the images on the website suggested). 2. Antarctica Parka is a killer, good materials and finish, well insulated and generally felt like a premium product. Ultimately, I had to return both as they were too big for me: I'm a skinny 5'7" and both jackets were sized XS

Extremely pleased with Arctic Bay. I originally ordered L size online which was way too big. Had to swap it with a smaller size. Was a smooth process, quick and easy. Would recommend to anyone who would try this brand. Bought Toronto Parka, very very warm and light as a feather.
