Wanted to replace my old Canada Goose, but I love wearing fur trim in cold Winnipeg winters, so thought I would give brand a try. I emailed their customer service as I was unsure of what size I needed and I had prompt service every step of the way from my first question to the time the jacket showed up at my door. Parka is beautiful and very high quality. Feeling ready for winter.

I was looking for the warmest parka with fur around the hood that I could purchase at a reasonable price to brave the frigid Winnipeg winter temperatures and windchill. I tried a Nobis, lovely looking parka, but I stepped out on the deck in -16C and felt the cold on my arms and back. Needless to say, it went back, at that price I wasn't going to be cold! I then found Arctic Bay online and called them for a recommendation and was so lucky to have found Danny from Arctic Bay! What a class act, with extensive knowledge of their product, outstanding customer service, and professionalism. I couldn't be happier with my new black Mirabella Parka. I can even get a sweater under it without being bulky. I love it's features, the fur hood to keep the wind out, leather on the sleeves and pockets, beaver fur on the chin guard, a collar that actually snugs up and keeps the wind and cold off of my face. Plus, the best of all, I received it onsale!!! Duzhe d'akuju Danny!! : )

Been shopping for a kickass winter parka for some time now. Canada Goose is constantly out of stock, HH is Norwegian (not Canada made) and also always out of stock. This is when I came across Arctic Bay parka’s website. Arctic Bay has a great selection for him, for her and for kids. I selected the “Antarctica Parka”, and when it arrived I was totally in awe, made with arctic wool, down filled and good to -45c. The craftsmanship is excellent with coyote fur around the hood, beaver fur for the mouth area. I tested it with high winds (-30c feel) and no cold got in. I feel this parka will protect you as advertised (-45c). The size chart is a little off, according to my body size and the chart I should have selected XXL but after reviewing some reviews that dictated some issues with sizing I selected the XL and the fit was perfect. The shipping was extremely fast and their return policy is excellent. Customer service is also excellent. All in all this has turned out to be a great experience for me. It’s amazing that Arctic Bay doesn’t get more exposure because their products are awesome and a great viable alternative to other competitors such as Canada Goose (-30c rating). Just one more valuable mention is that it’s Canada made in Winnipeg. GO CANADA 🇨🇦

This parka appears to be quite nice and looks good on paper however it's definitely not rated to -45c. I'd say more like -15c as anything below that and the wind blows through the sleeves and arms. They still seem to be good quality but definitely not on par with some of the heavier parkas out there.
