Exceptional Parka & Customer Service

I received my beautiful Kimberly Parka, and it feels like it was custom made. After contacting Customer Service to ask if they could expedite my order, they bent over backwards to help. I am MORE than satisfied. Everything about this experience was POSITIVE! This is my 2nd Parka, not my last. This Canadian Company produces quality products at reasonable price points. This season I have sought out Slow Fashion Canadian Companies. It has been the BEST choice I've made, superior clothing, prices and service. Arctic Bay deserves 6 Stars out of 5. Thank you so much, I greatly appreciate your company and Staff. 🥰 Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays!🎄

Nunavut Extreme Parka - Adventure Limited Edition - New 2023 Model

I ordered this parka in navy with a custom request for black arctic fox fur on the hood instead of the coyote fur. Arctic Bay customer service was a pleasure to communicate with when accommodating my request. Not only does the black fox fur look full and gorgeous, but the beaver patch is also matching black. This was a wonderful detail! Incredibly warm, comfortable, and stylish, this parka is an all-round home run! Sizing details: I typically wear a Medium for shirts and a 40R for suit jackets in American sizes. Confirming the correct size using the Arctic Bay True Fit feature, I ordered this parka in a size medium. It fit perfectly!

Montreal Parka - warm and lightweight

Picked up the Montreal Parka last year and got to use it in some -30degC weather. It's a really warm coat but also really comfortable to wear. It's not heavy (in weight), and even the pocket lining is comfortable. There is soft fur on the collar where it always rubs against your chin which is just a great detail. I was concerned about the buttons along the front, but they are very easy to use, and securely attached to the coat.

High quality, very warm.

This parka is extremely warm. I Wasn't feeling the cold in -30+ days last winter. I love the sleeve cuffs and the inner bad as well. I would absolutely recommend this parka to anyone who needs the ultimate winter jacket.

I will start this discussion by saying I am a big Canada goose fan and have acquired a large collection of jackets. I recently ran into the Arctic Bay Canada brand and decided to purchase their Toronto jacket as they are currently on sale for an excellent price and come with very good reviews. The sizing on their website is very helpful as it includes the actual dimensions of the jacket. On the other hand, CG has not figured this out. They’re sizing causes confusion as it’s all over the place and as a result, their customers are constantly wondering whether their jackets will fit. I am sure this is costing them a lot of money in returns alone. But I digress. I’ve discovered the quality of this jacket is comparable to the CG Chateau. The big coyote fur ruff is thick and comes with an internal wire for adjustment which the Château does not have. The interior liner is very soft and feels great against the body. The pockets in the two jackets are almost identical with the difference being that the Chateau has an internal and external zippered pocket at the chest. The zipper storm flap on the Toronto jacket is more rigid due to additional lines of stitching, but I’m not sure if this makes a difference in performance. The Toronto Jacket has a very soft beaver fur ruff at the neckline compared to fleece at the neckline of the Château. The Toronto jacket also has side zips to add to mobility which the Château does not. Both jackets have a heavy duty two way zipper. The Château is about a few inches longer. Arctic Bay offers the Montreal jacket which is about the same length as the Chateau. The Toronto jacket has the added feature of leather reinforcing at the sleeve ends, which, in my view, makes them more durable than the unprotected sleeve ends of the Chateau. My only complaint with the Toronto is the sleeve cuffs are made of heavy polyester, which I find somewhat itchy around the wrists. Aside from the wrist cuffs and minimal pockets, this jacket is awesome.

Love the jackets

Love the jackets by the way. Was in Paulatuk, NT in February when it was -49C + extreme wind chill and remained very warm and comfortable.

it fits perfect, million thanks. Quite the parka, I must say. So warm, huge coyote a lot down even the pockets are lined nice. Last winter jacket I will ever buy.5 star all the way, great service. I think Arctic Bay gives Canada Goose a run for the money. This will do fine in Nunavut. Million thanks. Frank
