I had an excellent experience with the Arctic Bay Team. They are a company that cares about its customers. They want to make sure you have a parka that fits well and as you expect. I am a pilot in the High Arctic of Canada and have confidence that the Nunavut Parka will keep me warm in the harshest conditions. It is a very well made parka with many small quality workmanships that make it a cut above the Competition. I have been eyeing the Belleville Parka for some time (like years) and finally broke down and ordered one. I have always liked the variety of colors. If you are eyeing this Parka, keep in mind it runs VERY small. I am a US size 12 and ordered the XXL (based on the measurements provided on the Arctic Bay website). Definitely made the right call in that XXL fits, but it's almost too snug when wearing a sweater. And today was the first day it was cold enough for me to wear it (with a thick sweater). If I could exchange it for a larger size, I would - but there is nothing larger than a XXL. If I could return it, I would - but I am past the 30-day return policy. All that being said - it DEFINITELY blocks the wind and is a very warm coat - so for that, it's 5-star worthy. If you are smaller than a US size 12, then this it the coat for you. I really, really, really wanted to LOVE this coat, but it's just a smidge too small and I can't exchange or return it - hence the 3-stars.

I got the new inuvik bomber jacket. I wasn't sure about the size(M or L) and they brought both size when they delivered...And I got the extra gift. Jacket is really great...Really warm and nice design a d good quality. I think this jacket is better than Canada goose & Nobis. Great customer service. Thank you Arctic bay team

Its lightweight,,but very very warm,,awesome,,waiting on my Montreal Parka to come now,,I've known about Arctic Bay for about 3years now,,glad I made my purchases,,previously I thought that CG & Nobis were the top dogs,,,not them but Arctic Bay I my opinion,,good quality materials very durable,,as a matter a fact,,I liked my bomber so much my friend will be receiving the Charlotte Parka real soon.Thank you Arctic Bay

Received my Jacket,,tried it on,,love it,,the quality of it is just marvelous,,Arctic Bay really made a very nice & warm Bomber Jacket,,after years of not pulling the trigger on Arctic Bay,,finally I did,,I'm glad I did make this purchase,,everything about the jacket is top notch,,far better than CG or Nobis,,now I will make another purchase after Christmas,,I have my eyes on the Montreal Parka.

The Alaska Parka is easily the best coat I've ever owned. There is great attention to detail..leather finishing, metal buckle on the hood strap, metal buttons with logo etc. The fit is great and it's very warm while not being too bulky. Also, the pictures don't do justice to how good the black version looks in person. The shell fabric color and texture is amazing. Along with the leather button loops and leather trimmed pockets, the coat looks very classy. Great for downtown or the country. If you ever have to zip it up all the way you'll be fine in the worst conditions, and the beaver fur is nice so you don't have your face up against cold rough fabric. The aviator hat is great..very comfortable and looks good. There is a lot of fur which makes it look luxurious yet rugged. The shell fabric is the same as the parka, so along with the matching fur, they look sharp together. I saw several hats in person, and there was some variation from hat to hat due to the nature of fur, so you might want to see them instead of just going off pics. All in all, everything is very well made. When you see the product in your hands you can't help but admire the quality, from the parkas to the simple beanie. I saw other many other products in person as well and was impressed by all of it. The full fur hats, cuffs, fur scarf, other parkas, etc. I also like the understated logo..enhances the look while not being too flashy or obvious. Lastly, the arcticbay customer service rep/salesman that I dealt with in Toronto was very kind and helpful. I would recommend people deal with them directly.

I bought the Aurora coat to survive the winter in Boston this year. I'm not very good with dealing with the cold and have tried other coat brands and still have had a hard time making it through the winter. But this coat is very warm and I'm able to go outside in 20-30 degree Fahrenheit weather without feeling cold at all! 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Hi, as a former canada goose customer I was looking for a canadian alternative. My parka was wearing badly and both sleeves were staring to split from the second season. C.G. customer service was very poor. So I was on the search for a new parka with the criteria being canadian, warm, quality, stylish, price and nice people to deal with. Well, Wow! I found Arctic Bay and their parka was superior to mine in every way. Add in the excellent customer service and prompt delivery, we ordered a second parka and now looking to outfit the rest of the family.
