After measuring an old parka, we had a few questions regarding the fit of the Kimberly parka. I spoke with Val on the phone and he measured the sleeves of the Kimberly parka. I was surprised to find out he is the CEO of Arctic Bay! Upon receiving our parka, we discovered two parkas in the box. Arctic Bay had shipped another colour choice. They included a prepaid return shipping label. Wow what excellent service! The kimberly parka was a perfect fit. I usually wear a small, the medium ended up fitting.
