My online search took me to Arctic Bay where I finally saw the style and quality of parkas which I had been looking for. I am not a person who can buy online clothing without trying it on so I phoned Arctic Bay to inquire if there was a location where I could try on the coats. Daniel scheduled an appointment for me at the showroom where I could see, touch and try on the various styles. He was very informative answering my numerous questions on the different styles, materials and the manufacturing process. I couldn't be more thrilled with the beautifully made Charlotte Parka I purchased. The quality and workmanship is outstanding. Not only is the coat stylish and comfortable to wear but most importantly it will keep me warm on the coldest of days! Buying a coat has never been more enjoyable.
