I recently bought the 'bomber' style Arctic Bay down jacket. What could have been a very confusing purchase was made into a happy experience by the amazing and efficient attention of 'VG" in customer support. I do not live in Canada so I was a little nervous about making this substantial purchase 'on line'.. 'VG' was awesome. When the Ladies L size I ordered turned out to be too small, 'VG' in customer service jumped right on it!!! Taking photos of the Men's medium, sending perfect instructions on how to return the Ladies, and eventually shipping the replacement men's 'bomber' all within 5 days. I LOVE my jacket. Feels like an old friend already. Arctic-Bay is the best. I can't wait for the really cold weather to come. Thank you the whole team at Arctic-Bay ...Especially 'VG' at Customer Support.
