I did my research and decided that Arctic Bay was for me. My first purchase was an Alaska Parka, I was immediately impressed by the quality and finish. The Customer Service was faultless. I was totally pleased! So pleased, that I decided to buy two more jackets, a Nunavut Parka and an Inuvic Limited Edition Bomber. Again the quality blew me away! There was a slight glitch with the delivery, which was immediately remedied by Arctic Bay's excellent customer service, which I can't praise enough. Both Transactions were perfect in every way.
